Alma Verde can be translated from Spanish as "Green Soul". For me, it really means "Healer's soul" with the intention of respecting and gratefully acknowledging the gifts we receive from Mother Earth. When my pursuit of health and wellness became larger than myself, my dreams for Alma Verde transitioned into a higher purpose of growing community through a sustainable and peaceful practice.
"I met this 300 year -old Ceiba Tree in Vieques , Puerto Rico (my motherland) and it inspired me because it is known for its strong physical and cultural roots . That is what my journey is about. . Alma Verde is the planting seed and connecting my ancestral /indigenous roots will help me stay grounded as I continue to grow ."
